• Property analyses and portfolio data you choose to save.
• Basic usage and device data (pages viewed, browser, approximate region) to keep the product working and improve it.

2. Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Stripe handles your card details directly; we receive only the information needed to manage your subscription, such as plan status and billing email.

3. Advertising and analytics

We use Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance and website activity, along with basic product analytics. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers on your device.

4. Cookies

Cookies may be used for analytics, session handling and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the product may not work as expected if you do.

5. We do not sell personal data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run CapRateGo (for example hosting, payments and analytics), or when required by law.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and data at any time by writing to support@capratego.com. We delete account data within a reasonable period after a verified request, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

7. Security and retention

Data is stored with encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure and kept while your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
