Refund Policy

New CapRateGo Pro subscribers have a 30-day money-back guarantee on their first monthly or yearly subscription.
1. Refund requests within the first 30 days
- The Pro subscription is canceled immediately.
- The last payment is fully refunded through Stripe.
- The account returns to the Free plan.
2. After 30 days
After 30 days, the refund button disappears and is replaced by a “Cancel automatic renewal” button.
3. Cancellations after day 30
If you cancel after day 30, you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period and no refund is issued.

Use the refund button in your account billing settings during the first 30 days, or write to support@capratego.com.
